How To Select Your Fit

Necklaces & Bracelets

1
Measure a piece you already love to determine your preferred length. Place the shorter, box end of the clasp against the start of the tape measure, keeping the piece straight. Measure only the length of the main piece itself (do not include the longer tongue end of the clasp).
2
Otherwise, if you're new to Dorsey, using a soft tape measure or a piece of string, measure where you want your necklace or bracelet to sit comfortably on your neck or wrist.
3
Depending on your personal preference, add an inch or two to the measurement for a looser fit, or subtract an inch or two for a tighter fit. For the ideal bracelet fit, leave about one finger's width between your wrist and the piece.

Select necklaces and bracelets feature adjustable lengths. Visit the style's individual product page for more information. Slight variations in measurements may occur between different styles due to their individual clasp design and the size of the gemstones.

Rings

1
Use a soft measuring tape and measure in millimeters for the most precise result. Wrap the tape around the widest part of your finger—typically the knuckle—and ensure it sits comfortably snug without pulling too tight.
2
Once you've determined your measurement, use the sizing chart below to find your ideal fit. We recommend sizing up by half to a full size for wider styles, and by half a size if you plan to stack your ring with another band.
